Inspired by a recipe lovingly passed down from my grandmother, my daughter and I set out to reimagine a beloved classic with premium ingredients, thoughtful craftsmanship, and a modern sense of style. Every loaf is handcrafted in small batches using organic ingredients and baked twice to achieve the signature crisp texture and rich flavor that make mandel bread so unforgettable.
