Freshness Guarantee
Every Mandelicious Bake Studio™ product is handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients and packaged with care to preserve freshness during transit. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, product freshness may be affected by circumstances beyond our control once the package has been delivered. Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered packages. Mandelicious Bake Studio™ is not responsible for product quality affected by packages left outdoors after confirmed delivery.
Risk of Loss
Ownership of and responsibility for your order transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Mandelicious Bake Studio™ is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Weather & Seasonal Shipping
Our products are carefully packaged for shipment throughout the year. However, weather conditions, high temperatures, shipping delays, or carrier handling practices may affect product appearance. Minor cosmetic changes resulting from transit do not affect product quality and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Incorrect Addresses
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped. Mandelicious Bake Studio™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly during checkout.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the product.

Where available, local delivery dates and times will be communicated at checkout.
Someone should be available to receive perishable products when delivered.
