Refund & Returns Policy
At Mandelicious Bake Studio™, every order is handcrafted and baked fresh specifically for you. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are not provided for flavor preference, texture preference, change of mind, delayed consumption, or improper storage after delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products.

We will review each situation individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer:
A replacement product
Store credit
A refund where appropriate
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused or abandoned after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
Food Safety
For the health and safety of all customers, food products may not be returned once they have left our facility.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can review the situation. While all requests are evaluated individually, any accommodation offered by Mandelicious Bake Studio™ is made solely at our discretion and does not establish an obligation to provide refunds, replacements, credits, or similar accommodations in future situations.
Refund Eligibility
Approved refunds, if any, will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error resulted directly from Mandelicious Bake Studio™.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to working in good faith to resolve legitimate concerns. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be contested using order records, shipping confirmations, delivery documentation, and any other available evidence.
Force Majeure
Mandelicious Bake Studio™ shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or inability to fulfill orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, supply shortages, public health emergencies, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Mandelicious Bake Studio™ reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
